Refund and Cancellation Policy

For Gemstone Purchase

• Any removal of the Gemstone order by the client after the placing of order but before the release of the Final Invoice will attract removal costs of 10% of the total approximated price.
• Any removal of the Gemstone order by the client after the dispatch of the Final Invoice will attract 25% cancellation costs of the total bill amount.
• Interest will be charged at the @ of 2% per month for delays in payment of the balance price. The days will be counted from 10 days after dispatch of the Final Bill.
• No cancellation or refund will be done once the goods/items have been shipped.

For Pyramid or Yantra Sale

• Any cancellation of For Pyramid or Yantra order by the client after the placing of order but before the energizing process will invite cancellation costs of 10% of the total cost as cancellation costs.
• Any cancellation of for Pyramid or Yantra order by the client after the completion of the energizing process will attract 25% of the total cost as cancellation charges.
• No removal or refund will be done once the Pyramid or Yantra has been shipped.

For Astrology and Vastu Services

• Any cancellation of astrology or vastu service after the placement of confirmed booking will get a removal fee of 10% of the total price paid for the order.

• Any removal after getting approval e-mail/delivery date for the service will invite 25% of the price paid for the order as cancellation costs.
• No removal or refund will be made once the service is provided through e-mail/telephone as per the order terms.
